Description Oooh! One of my 2 favorites from Yu-Gi-Oh!, Ryou Bakura (can you guess who my other favorite chara on Yu-Gi-Oh! is? His initials are S.K. :wink: ) in 11" Volks doll form!! *sigh and starry eyes* I am completely in love with Ryou Bakura and I also love pairing him with Rebecca! (of course, about 3 years from the end of the series, when she's at least 15 ) These are actually the 2nd versions of BOTH of these characters that I've done in doll form. Originally, I used a smaller little girl body and Midi head on Rebecca, but when I wanted to make her 15 years old, I decided she'd look much too young in the "midi" head and switched it to the regular SH-03 head. Plus, I got to root her in saran lemon blonde hair this time, so she is MUCH improved in every way. Also for Ryou, this is his 3rd version! His first and second versions were actually good and I was pretty happy with both, but..... with him being such a favorite of mine, I just HAD to do him again with my favorite, male slender anime SH-08 head that I thought suited him better after I had already rooted the other mold style heads! Well, I'm glad I did, because this new Ryou is just dreamy and perfect to my eyes! I love him and am completely satisfied with him (finally!)

They're sort of a deluxe 'Barbie'---in that they're ultra poseable and really made to look like the characters exactly. I like to call them 'character dolls.' ^^

Thank you!! Yes, they're base 60cm doll parts (all blank) and then you have to add a wig/and or style the hair, paint the face, make the clothes, put them together, etc.

I just want to know how did you paint the eyes on them or did you custom order them? I have a few Obitsu myself and I want to do somehting like this, btw this is really good... even though I see it kind of odd that Rebecca likes Ryou instead of Yugi XD but this still rocks since it looks just like them!

Thank you!!!! So happy you like her in doll form!!!! She is adorable!!!! The glasses----oh yes! Tiny, slender framed, metal glasses are sooooooooo difficult to locate for 11" dolls, but I finally found a place to get them! YAY!!!

That's true!! My sister also loves Yugi/Atem best! But do you know that since we've posted the YGO dolls on our website, we've taken commissions for 4 Seto Volks dolls?! That was unbelievable and unexpected! But we also did get a couple Yami Yugi's, so...:wink: They're just so cool on YuGiOh!
Rebecca is actually a little girl (12-13 yrs in the series) who at first can't stand Yugi/Atem because she thinks his grandfather stole her grandfather's prized Blue Eyes, White Dragon card a long time ago and she's come back for revenge and to reclaim the card. Unfortunately, it's the card that Seto ripped up in Episode 1, but even so, Grandpa didn't steal it, it was given to him as a gift from his best friend. (Rebecca's grandfather) Well, of course, by the end of the duel, she realizes her mistake and becomes fast friends with Yugi and the gang---even so far as to call Yugi her "boyfriend" (much to Tea's dismay and anger. You actually see steam coming out of her ears! ). She then makes many various appearances during the "Waking the Dragons" and "KC Grand Prix" arcs and is considered "one of the gang." ^^ She's a cutie!

Yes, Ryou and Seto (I can't decide which!) is my favorite guy on YGO, so I HAD to keep at him until I was totally in love with the doll! I had actually made a first version, which is now on eBay, but I wasn't COMPLETELY happy with him (I wanted Ryou to be a bit more.....handsome) and same with Rebecca! It's funny but both of these are "redo" dolls!!

Oh! I forgot to mention what bodies/heads were used for these 2!! Ryou was made using the VOLKS EB N male body and the VOLKS SH-06 head. Rebecca uses the VOLKS Midi A body and the VOLKS SH-03 head. Thanks again for looking!!
