[I usually like to touch up these pictures, but I really liked this one in particular, despite how difficult it would be to fix, so I'm posting it anyways.]

Maria was shocked to meet an old friend of hers. Someone who people used to call petite penny, or stretch as an ironic nickname. A formerly much smaller girl, who Maria would never recognize today. At least if it weren't for the fact that Penny approached her first.

"Is that you, Maria?"

"Oh... yeah. I'm Maria. How did you know my name?"

"Its me! Penny!"

"...Penny?"

"Petite Penny. From high school!"

"Uh... wait... holy shit. What happened to you Penny? You're huge now!?"

"Yeah, after you transferred out of LHS, I had a bit of a growth spurt. So stretch isn't as ironic of a nickname for me anymore"

"You could say that again!"

The two laughed about their changes since those days. They were always pretty close friends in high school, but they definitely grew apart since then.
