Despite her quiet demeanor, and chronic bitch face to boot, Mandi can be a rather nice person. She is blunt, and doesn’t mind telling you how it is, but if she knows you are really excited about something, she will try not to put you down. She’s a bit of a realist, which means she wont look on the bright side of things if she knows something is doomed from the start. A bit of an introvert, she does have a lot of extroverted tendencies when it comes to being invited somewhere(she kind of can’t say no). Sly, and not afraid to show it, she will con you out of your lunch money before you can bat an eye. She knows her disadvantages, but is a bit too proud to admit them to anyone save her close friends. She has a bit of a hair trigger on some topics that make her angry, but she wont flat out yell at you...no its more of the “I’m not mad I’m disappointment” sort of gaze that makes you feel like utter shit after.

Besides the obvious Hetaera Chromia, hince the grayed skin, piercing blue eyes, and green hair; Mandi has chronic arthritis that causes pain almost all the time. Some days are more severe than others, and she probably should use a cane on bad days and stop wearing platform shoes, but she doesn’t listen. She also suffers from depression that has a slight bit of paranoia pushed in with it when she is really on a down day.

History:
Mandi was an only child that was the result of several miscarriages on her mothers part. Sure that they would be childless, they gave up trying. Her mother was a very sick woman, and when they found out she was pregnant, at first they thought she was just getting ill again. The news was fantastic, and her parents planned on doting on their child as much as possible. Their family had set up the perfect room, and was getting ready to welcome their new child into the world when disaster struck.
Her mother grew ill, and was rushed to the hospital where she fought for her life and that of her child. After several weeks they removed Mandi from her mother, giving the woman only a moment to be able to see her until it was confirmed a parents biggest fears: Hetaera Chromia. Her mother wanted to love her all the same, but eventually died several days later in the hospital.
Disgusted by his won child, Mandi’s father gave her up to the kindergarten in the city, and never wanted to hear from her again.

Never knowing her family, Mandi grew up as most children of colour do...in the Kindergarten surrounded by other children like herself learning how to be a person, and what was to come on their 13th year. She made a few friends, but tried not to stick too close to people for fear of someone dieing, or not being able to see them in the future. She was basically a lone wolf until she turned 13 and was moved to Andromeda.

Present:
Moved to the Educational Center, she tried to be diligent in school, finding some studies more boring that others, so it depends upon which class she is taking if she pays attention or not. She minds her own business for most of the time, and doesn’t like to get too close with anyone considering they bug her about a lot of stupid things; in her mind.
