Description
After my dream about my former imaginary friend, I couldn't help but wake up a bit on the moody side.
"Shut the crap up! I don't have time for your useless games!!!!" I screamed at my younger brother and stomped out of the house. OK, maybe I was beyond moody but that's not the point.
"What crawled up your butt and died?" Mom asked bringing the trashcans out.
"Life," I grumbled and got in my car, slamming the door behind me.
"That wasn't very nice," A slow drawl said from the passenger seat and I looked at my best friend who some how always managed to get into my car.
"Shut up Kyle! I don't need crap from you either!" I yelled and started the car.
"I have a present," He said haughtily and I turned to glare at him.
"What are you..." I began but the silky smooth taste of chocolate and cherry melted in my mouth. Immediately a smile began it's slow dance on my mouth and I sighed, slouching against the seat.
"Better?" he questioned, not really asking since I was grinning like an idiot.
" I saw Lucky last night," I replied and he stared at me shocked.
"What? How?" He said but I wasn't listening. Backing out the drive, I started down the street ignoring his confused face and unhappy movements.
