Hey, Kyle here with the next update and news report. When I last left you, I was talking about Irony, my dad's best friend. Well, While I was talking about Irony, I somehow got myself into deeper trouble with Rue.
"Well, Just because Irony is an idiot..." Lucky was saying in my ear. Yep. He's a demon too but hey? Who would believe me? Plus anyway, he's in "I will not be seen by pathetic human mortals (not including Rue because she's not pathetic but she can't see me)" mode. Kinda long isn't it? Not my fault. Granddad was the one who went all spastic about the names. Anyway, trying to learn the periodic table while a demon is whispering in your ear is harder than it looks. After all, Rue was sitting right next to me and she would kill me if she knew that Lucky was right there. Not that Lucky would care. He would be glad for the loss of competition, idiot.
"Shut up, Lucky," I muttered hoping that Rue wouldn't hear. No such luck.
"Where? Where is he?" She hissed at me and I tried not to punch the invisible demon in the face.
"He just left," I told her unhappily and Lucky stood in front of me.
"I did not," He said indignantly and I rolled my eyes.
"What did you roll your eyes for? He is here isn't he!" she exclaimed and looked around completely ignoring the fact that the entire classroom was looking at her.
"I think I might die."
"You will if Lucky doesn't show himself," Rue growled and I put my head on my desk. It was going to be a long day until I got to go home.
