what program did you use and how many polygons did it take to make this?
As for things wrong, i do not know if the tank's tracks have digging teeth like this or not, but speaking as a former heavy equipment operator, the racks with the scooper like you have them will lock up the tracks as from what I can see, the scooping teeth feed back into the track when the tank's weight is on them.
Dirt and other material would get clogged inside the scooper's and lock up the tracks, not to mention kill the life time of the tracks.
