Description Two monstrous bodies sharing the same concrete sheets.

The small text is from a book that had all of its pages torn out. I encountered it while biking through a park on the East bank of the Mississippi, right near the St. Anthony Main/ Stone Arc bridge. As far as I can tell, the title of the book is "The Laws of our Fathers". The previous owner must not have liked it very much.

I can't explain it. But me moving to green bay, from a very busy, large capital in europe, just looking at this gives it a sence of strenght. As if though the background, being so bright, just makes the buildings look collossal! Just mighty! Standing against the light, as if though pillars protecting something! Something of the sort.

Oh she's just fine. Next week me, her and Nooyen will be going to UWGB to draw people, and I talk to her all the time. As far as I can tell she's still the way she's always been - goofy at times, and funny around students she likes.
I moved because of curiosity, and since my uncle lived in green bay, my family desided to come here. that's about it.

Unfortunately I don't have aol. do you have yahoo or msn messenger?

Man, another one your signature pieces with that addictive forced perspective. I wouldn't mind having a copy of this one on my wall or something.

Would you be interested in buying it?

You can name the price, but the canvas itself was $40.00. I can bring it back over spring break, in a month and a half.

You captured the light wonderfully. I love how you can see the other city in the distance breaking the horizon line.

Thank you, oh so much. Have you any ideas on interpretations? From a mind like yours, I'd imagine there's something brewing up there.

I have taken time in thinking about this - this is my utopian idea of settling the world with our ridiculous numbers. ... lots of green untouched space, concentrated core living areas... only the city we are looking from is dark feeling (not so utopian).

Aside from my five year old idea of perfect cities - It reflects on the city-centric attitudes of many - like there is no important social centers between NY and LA and Chicago and Boston and so on and so forth.... everything else is hick-ville not worth a thought or consideration - it is in the city where everything happens, where intelligent people live -etc.
