Abilities: Raiku Dash, Raiku Flash, Raiku Quake, and Raiku Shot.

Raiku Dash: What ever Megaman comes into contact with while dashing will be paralyzed.

Raiku Flash: Large lightning bolt hits ground and makes bright flash which electricutes all enimes on screen.

Raiku Quake: Paralyzes all enemies on the ground.

Raiku Shot: Electricutes and paralyzes enemy hit.

When idle Raiku Barrier reduces damage to half.
