sorry, i canΒ΄t give you a good explanation. its hard to write down the procedure. iam autodidact and donΒ΄t know how to teach people through this digital messages.
in the end its just drawing, what you see, exactly. and trying to understand light an shadows- if you have this knwoledge of physics, you can, for example, look at a nose without getting lost in the details, that could destroy your concentration.
maybe, i will do a wip, if the response is big enough and if i find a little bit of time for that.

i think his unimposing/loser characters(he plays mostly minor parts)makes him touchable for normal people.maybe thatΒ΄s the reason why i like this guy...and because i am interested in "dynamic" and strange faces.

That is awesome! The shading and texturing is exquisite, it really sort of comes to life. Almost like it's a magical drawing... yearning to escape the bounds of paper-- er, well, computer screen. Anyway, I think it's phenom.
