Have you done a painting with this guy before? I was sure I've seen him before.
There is one bit of critique I have to add to what is otherwise superb work and it's that the character isn't facing the same direction in the third and fourth panel. This is disorienting and breaks the impression that he's supposed to smoothly get out of the water. In filmmaking this is called a 180 degree rule.
