This picture turned out really really cool, love the look of the winter gear, the characters bright white color contrasted with the purple spell glow, and the intense background that kinda matches the implied severity of the scene (the character being badly injured, having to use magic, likely to fight).
Also in terms of general stuff about the posting, the amount of detail is incredible, the color effects, particularly the glow radius's look really cool, and all the colors either blend together really well or are contrasting on purpose for full effect.
Fantastic work on this Draggincat. This turned out really awesome, hope the OC owner liked it.

Yeah I think doing mostly similar themed colors really helps the "spell glow" and "blood stain" stand out really well, since they are so stark in comparison with the mostly white/grey surroundings and clothes color. So yeah, definitely a well done effect.

The snow effects and the mountain background is lovely, and the lighting just makes it gorgeous. It reminds me where I would rather be in the summer time. Last time I checked, snow jackets do not saturate with liquid very well, blood included, but details details. Just, that expression amuses me to no end.
