This month's fanart friday piece was requested on Patreon! He requested something from Starfox! I originally planned for a bigger drawing but since i just realized that this is the last friday of the month, i went simple and just drew Fox McCloud due to time constraints ahah.
I unfortunately never grew up with Starfox as a kid (only played the first game and him in Smash Bros xD) But I'm always down for anthropomorphic characters in space!Β Β π
Tried to make this one look like a Starfox anime haha.Β

me too, I didn't grew with the starfox series, even I dind'n knew him, but when I started playing smash, I wanted to try starfox series and when I bought the snes mini I started to try the first game.Β

Quite astonishing to see new StarFox artwork. There's not that many new ones out there like it was in the past.You did a fantastic job on the coloring and shading of Fox McCloud, and did an amazing job at the background! I must agree with ToasterStrooder that this is something that would of came out of an animated series.
I, too was unfortunate that I never grew up playing StarFox. I played mostly Super Mario games and other Nintendo games as well. No Zelda, no Earthbound, no Kirby, just Mario. However, I began to have an appreciation with the StarFox universe. Sure, there were some bad ones that came out during the GameCube and Nintendo DS era, yet I appreciate the game and plot of StarFox (1993), StarFox 64 (1997), and StarFox Zero (2016). Again, you did a magnificent job on this!
