Anyhoo, after about 6 years of looking for it, I found and bought this little guy from a former SEGA employee (June Honma; he helped localize the VMU mini-games for Sonic Adventure, helped localize Virtua Tennis, and even helped localize Samba de Amigo) for about £37 (£36.94 to be exact lol), or $57.99 US.
