Character is Kallen Kozuki from 'Code Geass'Kallen is amazing, she's beautiful in every way and I only wish the show showed more about her past and her love for her family that's only hinted at.
A friend at school gave me Paint tool SAI and I had to try it!! Ahhhh thank you very much!!
As it's first time using SAI, the resolution is like suuuuper low cause I didn't know how to change it

oh my gosh?? omg u have sai now??? if u evr need help i can absotleuyl help u out.. if u mean resolution by canvas size go to canvas > chane size or just select larger numbers when creating a new canvas! also, my sai brushes i use are in my gallery in my refernce folder i think if you wanan try those~

Honestly, the second I opened SAI, the first thing I did was get your brush setting chart thing, It helped heaps, some of the brushes don't exist on my version, but everything else worked sooooo well, I'm super happy, Thank you very much!!!

I think it's because she's not really one of the main characters, but she's still sooooo awesome!! (But 2nd season had a lot of fanservice with her for some reason) I really want to know her backstory!! They always alude to her past (And her admiration towards her brother) but never address it.

Her past. not at all, and as a result she seems very one dimensional and just devoted to Zero (Group leader) for no reason.
I think (Since her father abandoned them when their mother was ill), that she looked up to her brother sooo much and supported him wholeheartedly in his quest to rebel against the government. So when he died, she felt completely lost and uses the symbol of Zero as a way of filling that void of brotherly companionship she misses so much; and also continuing her brother's dream. but that's just my head cannon, only the continue dream part is actually quoted in the show. (Haha sorry for rabbling!!)
And yes, fanservice is terrible. it's pointless, don't get me started on Fairy Tail

Haha!! She is awesome!! She's the top fighter in the show and is amazingly epic!! (but for some reason has to be overly tsundere and fanservicey, cries)
Oh my goodness, I try to avoid any of those pictures as much as possible. Fairy Tail has great art, characters and stories, and everything,
but the fanservice pretty much made me stop watching entirely, it gets unwatchable at points.

Yeah, I agree with you, One Piece can be bad at times but it doesn't use those poses like you said. Then again, Nami's character almost completely changed in the New World, I loved her in early One Piece! When she was smart, cunning and relied on her skills and intuition. (and dressed modestly and stylishly) now, she's... very different.
