Character is Misty from 'Pokemon'

I was listening to NateWantsToBattle's song 'Misty' for 30 minutes looped while doing my schoolwork. So, I wanted to draw Misty herself because of it!!
Actually I've never really watched Pokémon, I only ever played one game: Pokémon Diamond, I really liked it, but was absolutely terrible at it.

Drawn on paper, finelined, scanned to Illustrator then to Photoshop for colours
