Now that that has been said..
This was a collaboration, sort of. The wonderfully talented sketch artist, , drew the base for this (View here: [link] ), and I did the lineart ( View here: [link] ). I worked on this off and on, but mainly off.

I have just been practicing doing backgrounds and cell shading, and I think I'm improving. I hope ~Wosuko-San likes it!

Time Card:
Background = 1.5 hours
Deidara/Bird = 5 hours
Fine-touching = 20 minutes
Total Time = 6hrs 50min (approx.)

All done in Photoshop.
