New character time!

I proudly introduce Frank Piscapo, a “Agent” for the government, who will play a part in Ignition Crisis Next Generation. Frank is a big shot who seems to always be around at the wrong time, and hounds Elena Nadez while she is Central America, and after. Frank’s position is unclear, as he is a seemingly powerful person, with many connections, however he is grossly incompetent. He is a quick talking, egotistical nationalist, who has many connections with shady people around the world, one of them being the war lord in Central America who is after Elena.

Rude to a fault, Frank has a nasty habit of offending and insulting the people he speaks to, or speaks down to. As a result, he is protected by two burly agents who does his dirty work for him, Collins and Seymour.

Frank is 29 years old, stands 5’9, and is a terrible shot, fighter, and all around person.
