Description
After leaving the goat footed creature, the Fool finds himself standing at the base of a tower. The tower stands tall, strong, and proud. With a shock the Fool recognizes it as a tower he had himself built while still intent on making his mark on the world. At the top of the tower he can hear loud, boastful men, filled with their own pride and sense of power. With a flash he realizes that he thought he had given up such pride and power, when in truth he was still a prideful man. In his shock at this revelation he gives a mighty shout. To his surprise the tower shakes, and then crumbles, falling into ruin, those within destroyed in the collapse. Humbled, the Fool realizes that he has opened himself to change, accepted death both large and small, has learned to bring his separate parts together through moderation, but also learned to indulge power. But now he has done that which was hardest. He has torn down the lies of his early life and is now free of them. He can now rebuild on a firm foundation.The Tower - Inspiration, Insight, Realization, Revelation, Truth.
