Description

Bazik infantry advance, following the push of the armored and mechanized forces in the deserts of Bazikstan.

Tris Tigris-Hidraulic War (3250-3256)
was an armed conflict fought between the Tris Tigris Alliance and the Hidraullic Alliance, which will drag into the conflict the MW -Moziepolitischenmilitarischenindustrialen Wosta- and some formerly unaligned states. -being many regional conflicts as the Hettichslovakian wars related to the Tris Tigris-Hidraullic war-

The Hidraullic Alliance was founded by the Kingdom of Ruhenia in the 3243 a.a.H, incorporated states such as Christophenia, Pamelia, Marcelooneo, Moritania, the Calintropian Empire, Östria, Südchristophenia and Slavkinia, being later expanded to more nations.

The Tris Tigris alliance -Alliance of the Three Tigers- was originally a pact signed by Bazikstan, Münzen and Gofondria against the expansion and acts of the Hidraulic Alliance, with the Guaderians as observers of the treaty and later joining several nations bounded in several ways with Bazikstan or Gofondria.

The war will be fought primarly in the Caritz sea, but as well in Aels, Zarhuy, Hieyoks, southern Ushaenor, the Zean islands and the Amparpica.

The war will end with the defeat and disollution of the Tris-Tigris alliance: but an uneasy, unfinished peace: the next year Christophenia and Bazikstan will fight again in the "Five Days war" (3257) and the the Hidraullic-Guaderian war (3258): as well, later the winners will break appart, as during the Calintropian-Christophenian War (3263): precisely the collapse of the winning alliance will provide peace, as finally formal peace treaties where signed.

The guy up front looks kinda like me during my time in the National Guard, sans the beard.  About what I'd look like after a long day of hoofing it across the countryside.

35 days on the line without relief . . . gave up cold water shaving weeks ago.  No one needs to tell them "space it out" on the move . . . they are living proof they know how to survive.

Really excellent drawing!!!

Wow, this is grim and gritty bit of war pic.  You've done several of these 'personal moment at war' pics over the years, but this might be one of the best.  The expression is both realistic, yet haunting.
