Strong woman Neroe ^-^
Face of small drow is very good and very realistic. She looks like my classmate in junior school.

A LITTLE better, but I still obsess over getting the highest grade I can, so instead of stressing over six classes, I'm stressing over three. That might sounds easier, but instead of being at a "5" for each of my six classes, I'm at a "10" for each of my three classes XD So the madness on my part remains the same. XP
How about you? How much longer do you have in prison? ; D

Haha love how the elf in the background with the arrows stuck in the shield. XD Indeed as Larqven said, hopefully when Neroe returns home she will see May's parents and be told of May's being okay, and then it's only a matter of what becomes of these two Drows... maybe Thaergrud will be able to turn them to happy peaceful Drows with cookies and cakes or other baked goods, well, the not so docile one who is crazy. I'm sure the docile one will be turned easily.

just so long as there is not alot of sugar in the baked goods, everyone knows that sugar makes drow hyperactive and drow turn crazy when they are hyperactive.

I can't understand Neroe's plan. Does she want to keep the two drows tied up? It would not be good to their health. I'd say, it's rather cruel treatment of the prisoners. And what else she expects from them? Would she untie them - they will escape, very likely killing somebody. They are not peaceful peasants, they are Acolytes!
If the drows had the same training as Quilintha had, they should know the terrain and can find their way by constellations on the sky. It is exactly that territory for which they were prepared. Of course, there are many dangers for the drows in the mountains. You mentioned that it's the Spring time, so the melting snow causes avalanches, flooding, mudslides. And there are many elf warriors from the defeated army who hate drows and ride here and there...
But even more strange Neroe's idea is to take them with her to Negeémiliel. She supposes that they will help her there? They will either kill her (for keeping them tied up for so long) or take her as prisoner. The bigger one can remember that Neroe saved her life, but the smaller one has no warm feelings to Neroe.

... and so, instead of two friends Neroe may get two enemies. Not very good.
Now I wonder - will she come to her village before the news from Maylara, or after them?

Let me calculate....
She was captured by the goblins, and prisioner of them maybe a week max.
Then, bought by Roothar, maybe 3 weeks until she was sold in the drow Outpost.
Two weeks more, before arriving to Negeémiliel.
Then, she was enslaved for 3 months, until she escaped.
Two weeks more, marching to find Roothar, and one more, back to Negeémiliel.
She finded Neroe, but then she was captured again by Lo'Kee acolytes, and for three weeks, she was in her dungeon.
Then, Maylara began her training for about two months, to become an agent for Dahl'Arak... and then, for maybe 3 weeks or a month, she have been a member of the cult of the Flower...
So, in total: abit more than 8 months
Meanwhile, Cilfach battle passed about the 6 month or so of May and Neroe unfortunate "adventure"

The Thirty-Six Strategies - a chinese classic text, in the same vein as Sun Tze's famous book on war, tell in its last chapiter...
If all else fails, retreat (走為上/走为上, Zǒu wéi shàng)
If it becomes obvious that your current course of action will lead to defeat, then retreat and regroup. When your side is losing, there are only three choices remaining: surrender, compromise, or escape. Surrender is complete defeat, compromise is half defeat, but escape is not defeat. As long as you are not defeated, you still have a chance.

Horses are a bit odd to be sure. I've always found their big bodies on their skinny legs to be very odd to look at--much less to draw! Well, keep at it! The horse in the background looks odd, neck looks a bit short, and legs look odd. Neroe's horse looks ok.
Neroe's folks are going to have some drow captives over for awhile? I wonder what her dad will say about that!?! XD
Anyway, it looks like the two drow captured by the spies survived their interrogation and were kept around rather than being sold into slavery. It is a dangerous game Neroe is attempting for everyone--that the two drow will be safe in the village, that they won't try to kill anyone in an escape attempt, that using them as hostages won't backfire. Still, this could work! May has already sent word to her home village that she's alive. These two drow could be returned to the gate with a message to May in care of Captain Lo'Kee?
