I love drawing icons like this and.. yeahSha of course and my newest character Madoc who has nearly the same color sheme like sha.. because I like her colors and I like little Maddy... the little f***er

I dont have any specific tutorials I go after I just find a few of them helpful and pick out everything i like until I have the result i like.. xD
you can look up the tutorials I 'used' in small amouts in my favorites: [link]
and I have searched for tutorials on deviantART and find this one quiet helpful: [link]
and another tip by me: try things out. keeps scribbling nonesense with your tablet and you will see that it gets easier to handle it. try out different brushes and find the one you like to use the most and start coloring with them
