Nothing wrong with a thick nappy, they're very comfortable and the thicker they are, the more comfortable and the better the rest.

Nothing like a thick, soft nappy, a warm bed and either a good sleep, or a good book and a good sleep after the book to have you feeling more alive and ready to face whatever life throws at you.

It should be one of the recommendations for a good night's sleep in general.
