@Silver-Noctis, I agree with you about the text, needs revamping. I like the pen tooling as it is though, I think the outer glow on it would be too distracting.

only issue i have is the read ability and size of the text o.o, that is my only issue, and i guess the flatness of the swirl. think it would be nicer to have a faint glow with it

I can't afford a premium membership so I'll give my critique here.
I like how you implement the border without limiting the render to it (the edge of her bracer sticking out over it). I normally don't like borders because they are often used to contain the wrong things. I like the composition of the sig and I think you pulled it off nicely. You also did well with the Colors and the Blending of her and her environment. The white line circling her also helps tie the border and the girl together in a, subtle way.
The one thing I have small criticism about however is the Text. The size of it doesn't bother me do to the proportion of the rest of the piece, but the colors and the over all blending of the text seems too rough to be conducive. Although I like the framing, the words "Shadowfall" and "City Lights" aren't soft enough to help the Text Focal to stand out as the title.
Granted this is all strictly on opinion, I may be right, and I may be wrong.

Thank you for your comments, I agree with you about the text, it's still something I'm working on and it's definitely the weakest part of the tag.
I may re-do it at some point once I feel I've improved enough to revamp the text.
