Description
When Niji awoke, it was to a panicked emotion coming from her bonded Hypnos partner; Red, but upon opening her eyes she saw not her surroundings, but rather a spiral of nearly indescribable bright white lights filling her eye's gaze from some sort of visor.

"W-what is this...!?" The Student gasped, trying to move her body, only to find her arms heavily restrained in some manner, a sort of rubbery sleeve coating Red's body that coated her arms rendering his help ineffectual in escaping these bonds.
While blind to her exact situation, she could tell the visor over her face and ears wouldn't be so easily shaken off. A clamp around her waist prevented her from gaining any substantial leverage either, but given that whoever had done this to her seemed to know of Red's capabilities and properly restrained him, she doubted that even with her full strength she'd be able to snap free.

Kicking her legs wildly, it appeared they were free, but with only the strength of a normal human girl they'd prove effectively useless, especially with those damn spirals!
"S-shit...! I can't close my eye...! No..!" Niji cried out, straining her body to no avail.

"There's no need to fear! Even a villain like you must surely understand this is for the best!" Spoke a voice through the ear coverings on the headset.

"W-who the hell...!?" Niji responded in surprise. "Get me out of this crap right now! I don't know who you thi-"

"I'm so glad you asked!" Spoke the youthful sounding voice, who promptly cleared her throat to prepare for whatever rambling speech she was about to go on.

"My name is Odette! Odette Starfallen! And you, Nijusei, have been selected to be a part of an extra special program~☆" She Practically sang with glee.
"You're a rebellious and evil villain, it's true, but I know I can redeem you! There's good somewhere in there, deep inside!"

"W-what!? what have I ever done th-" Niji began to shout before the spirals in the visor increased in intensity, throwing off her focus as her eye glazed over a moment, before quickly she shook her head in resistance to the effects.

"Associating with a despicably evil Oni; Ishi! Jaywalking whenever you're returning home from school on the last road! Promoting public indecency whenever you take your scantily clad girlfriend on a date! And being bonded with an evil Hypnos parasite! To be honest it's mostly just your association with Ishi and "Red" as you call it.... But, I'm well aware without your Hypnos, you would be unable to walk!" Odette explained, not paying Niji's further struggles any mind.

"I'm a heroine of justice you see! And I know I can redeem both you and even that Hypnos! This brings us to the matter at hand Villain! Your rehabilitation!" She proudly announced with a clap that only further infuriated the captive Niji.

"Using the finest advances in science, provided by generous allies of justice, you will become the first Pure Heroine Ally of Odette Starfallen! All those Memories will need to be wiped away to give you a truly clean slate, both you and your vile Hypnos parasite will live to help people everywhere! A full transformation to save your very soul! Congratulations!" The voice whimsically spoke.

"L-like hell... I'll... let you take away... my memories...! I won't... be some drone...!" Niji strained, but already her strength was leaving her, this equipment wasn't playing around, and already she was at her limit, the spiral patterns and brilliant white light filling her mind itself as her once fiercely kicking legs began to settle down gradually.

"Yes...! just like that! It's best you don't incur any more evildoing in the process with any cursing! so let's just hit this button riiiiiight here~★" Odette hummed as the advanced headset would double in intensity, almost immediately causing Niji's jaw to gape open, the young woman gasping in undesired elation and euphoria as the spirals victory became assured....

"Lady Odette, what are your orders?" spoke the new Pure Heroine 001, the woman formerly known as Nijusei Dualitas.

"Ah...! 001, you've returned! excellent work in bringing in those villains... The process has been speeding up! we're finding the absolute best patterns to bring over foul evildoers into the side of justice! It took 2 days for you... but we're already down to just 12 hours to fully Purify even the most nefarious of individuals!" Odette said as she turned towards Niji, who stood there in her standard issue Heroic uniform. specially designed by Odette herself, with unique modifications to harness and control what was once Niji's Hypnos abilities.

Brilliant white material composed of the same compounds that Lulu Kretschmer made use of in her Abwehr suits, form fitting yet enabling perfect mobility!

The standard gear of a Pure Heroine would include a mobile purification kit once they'd increased the time it took to fully erase ones memories and imbue them with a deep love of justice and purity, but for now simple pliable restraints were all Odette had to give her new Allies to aid them in bringing in Wrongdoers for purification!

"With this wonderful new advancement, the whole world will be able to be protected by it's former threats!" Odette sighed in satisfaction as she took a report from 001's hand, smiling as she read it over. "You are dismissed for now 001, I'm to monitor the process for 002 and 003 within the hour~"

"My lady..." 001 said with a bow, turning and returning to the streets to find more individuals to join her.....

I wanted to show what it might look like for when she completely purifies someone, like what she intended to do to Cthylla and Loetia in this pic;

And I gotta say, Usagi absolutely nailed the idea I presented! Niji's design as 001 is so good that I may have to feature it in future images taking place in this specific branching timeline where Odette's plans go exceptionally well for her!

I've gotta ponder who should be next in this specific type of peril? There's certainly too many to list that Odette would deem "evil" since she's pretty darn crazy! And half my roster is composed of pred characters who she would obviously immediately consider "evil"
