The kits are Jared and Nilda.
They are two orphans Judy and Nick decide to adopt. In a possible scenario of the universe of the film ... Where prejudice exists against couples of different species, somehow it seemed to me that the only way Judy and Nick could stop stubborn and accept the decision to be a couple would be to adopt two children who need a family.
Nick could not adopt Jared for being a fox. While Judy has not been Zootopia's long time enough to adopt.
