I haven't done any digital painting in a while so I started with a comfort zone kitty. Inspired by the absolute lack of winter this year, the disorder of my mind and this gorgeous song by Mari Sainio.

Truly inspiring piece.... sadly, the video is not avaliable, but other songs
from Mari Sainio... are something and I can just feel that chill present in this painting.
Somehow, your piece with my belowed feline and the quote were something
I needed- and will need in my mind- because of the last few weeks I've had
to go through... plus some distortion(?) in tiger's right eye reminds me
of my problem with migraines (with aura that makes my vision blurry)
that makes me suffer often....and the blue spots/droplets...
...remind me of my problem with seeing spots, however they're orange... like a normal tiger...
Forgive me for writing so much, but I hope that whoever reads this,
will know that our brain is an organ, too.
One could say it "produces" our thoughts and perception of the World.
But to tell one their suffering is "just in your head".... is seen wrong.
I could drop as many painkillers as there are droplets in this picture
and still my problems would be there, it's just the brain...and thoughts/feelings
that follow. And ask me what I mean... is like shaping the water into a bowl.
You just can't, it's a fluid, not something you can grab and say "this one thought
/element is the essence".
