A birthday card for my little sister whose birthday is today. :> She once asked me to draw one of her Bella Sara (some kind of horse trading cards, I think) cards and I picked Amor because I liked the colours.I kind of like how this turned out though I rushed a bith with the feathers. I was very tired and wanted to go to sleep asap so the feathers suffered a bit from it. However, this was much fun to do. I hardly ever draw A5 sized pictures so it was a nice change.
Anyway, my sister liked this a lot and that's the main point.

Hm...I've never heard of Bella Sara before.
Aha ha, I know the feeling, having something very important to finish, but all you want to do is sleep because of how late it is.
As before, I like all the details in the feathers, hair...even the little ribbons & other decorations. Oh, and the colors!

That happens (too) often to me, working instead of sleeping. It's a miracle I never fall asleep and yet, no matter how tired I am, I manage to do the things I need to. It's quite a miracle, really, I don't drink coffee, energy drinks or such, ahaha.

I'm kinda like that, too. There's a certain time of night where every fiber of my being is telling me to sleep, because it's so tired. Once I pass that point and stay awake, though, I can read, run, play videogames, or (rarely, nowadays) draw until morning, and not have to sleep until the next night.
Actually, the whole spiel of not drinking coffee and energy drinks makes perfect sense. Sure, they keep you up during the couple hours the caffeine/sugar is in your system, but then the body crashes and falls asleep...unless it's fed another dose. That's why I only drink coffee in the morning, but only when I'm really tired, and even then it's only a small cup.
