I'm once again participating the MythicMay challenge organized by Audre Schutte! This year I will just be doing creature designs in the way that feels most natural to me, drawing inspiration from creatures in real life.

Day 1 is Yelbeghen, a Siberian myth that as several different descriptions. Two of the most common are an ogre with multiple faces riding an ox and a dragon/serpent with several heads as well. Somehow this all made me think of a musk ox inspired dragon-like creature. I have been in a fluffy arctic beast kick lately it seems.
