They are, though it's been so many years since I downloaded it, that I don't know what all they offer anymore.

I just found the site, this is for Android...I have iPhone 3GS...

You should be able to just press the "Download File" button to the right (the one with the green down arrow), and then just copy-paste the .zip file to C:/Windows/Programs/Winamp/Skins/ (or whatever folder path is relevant to your computer), and from there you should be able to select it in Winamp's option menu, under Skins.
