Apparently, Tiernus doesn't think much of flowers. Especially dried ones. Poor Alistair.(I've had a few real dried roses and the things really would fall to bits as soon as you touched them. There's no way he could keep that thing safe while roaming around fighting. I bet it's plastic.)
Also, the first panel has the best drawing of Tiernus' face that I've drawn, it fits her personality perfectly XD
Alistair and the mysterious (plastic) dried rose are from Dragon Age. Tiernus is mine.

Yay! It's me the one *xpiratecarriex is talking about. We knew somebody had had to draw something about this before. I also have dried roses at home (I'm a hopeless romantic so all the roses my boyfriend gave to me are dried and stored somewhere) and they are fragile crumbling little things which wouldn't have endured a Grey Warden's way of life.
