I killed my brain trying to fiure out which way elven ears would go from behind and ended up just cheating by only putting the tip of an ear in.

Poses are always such difficult things to figure out @.@
Framework technique? I don't know what that is, so I might? : P Generally I just draw a stick figures and if I'm having a difficult time figuring something out I'll start trying to break the form down into more simple geometric shapes to help. And then sometimes I'll just draw a picture without using any stick figure base or anything. Art is so random like that.
