Lets see,
Okay good job on the lineart in general, it looks clean throughout the entire drawing.
Now, the head itself isnt proportionate to anything except the neck, which both together dont really go well with the rest of the body.
The coat looks awesome, good design, maybe work on folds a little more.
Now, the hand holding the rose is good, but I would like for you to practice a little more on drawing them. It seems a little off.
The knees make the legs look prosthetic.
Overall, Im digging this picture but there is clearly stuff to work on.

I'd like to inform you that this isn't my OC, it's a character from a game named "Ib"
Thank you for the comment and critique, I do have a lot to work on.
I'll try to make the head and neck smaller so it fits with the body, and study human anatomy to finally get those fucking legs right.
