That would be Blackheart, Mephisto's son. For some reason, I only wanted to use characters that had shown up in the Capcom fighting games, so...yeah, Blackheart.

He was used alot in the 90's and he was killed in the 90's GR series.

That said, he recently showed up in the council of Hell Lords.

Also, Ghost Rider(Johnny Blaze) is being antagonized by Lucifer himself and by the Angel Zadikiel(who he defeated in Heaven's on Fire).
