And this is the key moment where Levi “abandoned” everything, the legacy he was ment to fullfil as the green ninja, his brand new recent role as the dragon emperor Shade just gave him. This was the moment he snapped, right when Vander died, and realized what he wanted…he wanted to return to his team, but to properly disband the group without abandoning his friends, but that wont be possible since at this exact moment, he will be kidnapped (I am one to believe that Vander is Warwick in Arcane UwU) by Singed, who is the one responsible to make Levi be half a Warwick, but Levi would escape years after the kidnapping with what’s left of his elemental powers, using them one more time after so, so long, Singed didn’t knew he had that, and this will lead him to use what research he had caught on Levi during his transition from human to beast upon Vander, to make the perfect beast. By the time Levi escpes back to his world though, its simply late now. All his team disbanded by the lack of a leader, everyone took their own path, but there was something else…everyone he once knew and shared a room with HATED him, because they all thought he abandoned them…which it was in Levi’s plans at some point on his life, yes, to properly tell them that he’ll leave, but not like this…it all went wrong, and it wasn’t his fault even.

This change of being the dragon emperor to instictive beast will occur already by the time Levi’s a young adult, and he would encounter with Lloyd once again on season 8 looking like his instict beast clothes, because they have already met before while he was the dragon emperor, while Vander was alive, and he was debating wether to leve his original ninja team or not during this time, observing Lloyd being with his team and that stuff. By this point, Levi was conflicted on who to be (as in a cold, dragon emperor, or “himself” which is the instictive beast boy), but, now that Levi has his own personality, and his defined goals, Lloyd will be the one he’s not willing to lose, and will return to him every time it’s possible. And, of course, at some point, the reason why Levi would be changing between realms here and there is to keep an eye on what’s left of The Lanes (where he met Vander, who will be Warwick by this point prolly!) as well as spending time with his friend. Levi would know he is Vander, he was witnessing his transformation when he was captured by Singed, that’s why he doesn’t want to leave him either ❤️ The issue with this thoigh is that Vander IS dead, so, Warwick doesn’t know he is Vander, Levi knows, but he’ll be busy trying to befriend Warwick and gain his trust. Warwick is a whole different character from Vander either way, so for Levi, Vander is dead. Then, after Dragons Rising, and everything merges up, Levi no longer has to go live between realms, he will stay with Lloyd since the Lanes would be right besides Ninjago, only consumed by fauna and overgrown trees and bushes

This is an important bit on Levi’s story, because thanks to him, or, well, thanks to the one that captured him, his ninja team now believes Levi abandoned them, left the city to be taken by Lord Garmadon (prolly too) and just dropped everything to shit, which will make them angry at him, and they disband to do whatever with their lives: Kaaitrox would be seeking power to end Levi and raise a kingdom of his own, Cameron would have been depressed by his “loss” and not him coming back, but deep down, he trusted Levi had to have a reason to leave. Jinx would start to undergo transformations to shut down his feelings, since Levi’s leaving would make a number on him, and he did develop a severe depression too, but unlike Cameron, he never treated it, he just machined AI-ed himself, and hushed his emotions by force, he’s still having a hard time pushing them all away. Eventually, Jinx would find Levi when all the realms merge up, and he’d be surprisingly happy to set up a metting for them, but Jinx will misunderstand a few behaviors or conversations he and Lloyd had (yeah, he’d eavesdrop on them to know how Levi is now and who is he with now), which will lead Jinx to believe LLOYD is the one who caused Levi to leave the group in the first place

And well, I will be giving reasons when I design them to Nya and Zane’s AU’s for this too, although I want to have Nya’s AU not agaisnt Levi, but mostly on a search for Kaaitrox, her own brother. And well, idk about Zane just yet , the design process and ideas comes out of nowhere for me, I rather give it time than forcing myself to design something I may not like in a year or two c:
