I really like the new style - the outlining, the inking, and the colors! How are you doing the cool scratchy bits in the backgrounds? Those touches just make it pop so nicely and look "gritty".
As always, your story is good - interesting without giving away the punchline. And I adore your layouts and angles. Do keep on going!!

That's okay that you're slow to post, I'm slow to reply.
The scratchy bits are done using a textuered layer on the bottom and having the colors on a layer set to OVERLAY.

What kind of program did you used in coloring again? Because the colors here look really cool.

It's Photoshop. I just used the layer settings like Overlay and Hard Mix.
