THUNDERCAT~!!! he's a pretty kid. tbh I've been having some minor trouble with glitter since I've been hand drawing each sparkle, but I think I'm starting to develop a rhythm for it. (Or maybe one day I'll download a brush that resembles glitter aha)

Omg.  You've been hand glittering him?  I feel so sorry for your hand.  xP  Get a glitter brush!  What program do you use?

yeah xD whenever I draw glitter it's always by hand. Right now I'm using Sai, however I also have Photoshop and CSP. Any recommendations?

I had to finally give up photoshop when I got my new laptop, so I don't remember what brush I used.  I know if you search on dA, there's tons of free brushes for pretty much every program.  Pick some and try them out.  :3
