You cropped this photo? It looks like you got really close to the pigeon. I was about to ask what's your secret in getting close without scaring photogenic subjects away. All of your recent photos are very beautiful and impressive. Somehow, I always manage to shake the camera so I don't get a steady shot. Either that or my subjects end up being blurry or have red eyes. -_-;

I actually did get really close to this wood pigeon dunno how though. It was sitting on the buch betwen my back garden and the neighbours garden. I don't know why the wood pigeon didn't fly away, it had been their ages though, enough time for me to get my camera from the house and take lots of shots. And thanks for the compliment in the photos XD tis very much appreciated.

pretty good tho, u got a nice low-shot and the leaves work in well there :3
Cept it couldve been better if there was more light on this side of the bird (the side we see)... and the eyes should be in clear focus... tho it could just be me or ur scanner or whatever... also maybe if you had one of those filters that made the light more soft and glowy (forgot what they were called...) that would make a really nice effect around the bird esp if you wanted the bird in shadow...
But I like it anyway -huggles bwirdy-
