"The MK.10 Siren was one of the very first actual biomechs to ever be used by hroorus (humanity). They stand at 60 ft tall (18.3 meters) and serve as protection for the Uryagan Isles. Normally the Sirens are stationed within the smaller holes lining the necks of the Uryagan Isles, only being sent out when the Isle in question feels threatened by an outside source. Sirens fly in swarms.
It is the only biomech capable of sustainable reproduction, although it requires chopping off a bit of a fully formed Siren. The chopped off bit will develop into an identical Siren roughly 5 months after separation from the original. Nowadays they’re not very heavily used and are often overgrown by vines, nestled into the necks of the Isles.
Sirens lack the more common and modern personality AI programmed into later biomechs."
