I made it, actually...! The shirt and skirt were modified from existing clothing (with help from my roomie), and the boot covers and gloves were made from scratch with lots of fabric and craft foam C:
... so yeah, CAN'T EXACTLY TELL YOU HOW MUCH IT COST since I lost track of the prices of raw materials after a while (and I was making two other costumes too), but unfortunately no one really sells gijinka Sonic cosplays (especially of Archie folks), so you'd have to try your own hand at it if you wanna dress as her ;3;b (her classic costume with the black tank and shorts is pretty easy, though! The gloves and boots are the killer, sadly)
