Yeah. I drew her. The infamous Sally Acorn. AND IT'S NOT VIOLENT!! Which is why she's so confuzzled looking
In all honesty, though, I wanted to draw her because, well.....I'm starting to feel a little bad for her. After watching a bit of SatAM, I realized just how much Archie messed her up. In the show, she was (dare I say it?) CUTE. And hardly annoying at all. But in the comics....yeah, it's understandable why people wanna kill her -____-; So....while I still dislike her, I can at least be a little civil towards her
As for the pic itself, I decided to make her a little more Sega-styled, but not so much that it took away her Sally-ness. I also designed a new outfit for her, since 1) I can't draw nekkid furries for my life, and 2) she'd be SO much more likable if she wore clothes
And for all you extreme-anti-Sally fans out there, please don't comment saying "ZOMG, I HAT0RZ T3H S411Y!!111 *K1LL5*", or something similar to that, because it's silly and immature. Plus, comments are meant to help an artist improve, even a little. Comments like the one above won't help me at all -___-; So....even if you hate her with all your soul, if you're gonna comment, make it something nice. Please?

It's a great pic, glad that there are some Anti-people (or rather EX anti-people) who are able to see how stupid it is to hate her. Especially because if she DID get killed, Sonic would go homicidal. Even right now. From what I've heard, Sonic still carries a torch for her.

I think it's because she was so bastardized in Archie and made so OOC, that people forgot SatAM and only focused on her evil Archie counterpart >___0;; That, or the fact that most of them are rabid SonAmy/SonMina fans

well Karl Bollers didnt like that character so he screwed her up big time by turning the once level headed motherly figure and the first sonic female character into the tempermental PMS pysco bitch.But his ass got the boot and Ian is fixing her character back up
But unfortunately the damage has been done and it'll take years for people to forget about it....

Well, it's not only Karl's fault, it's also Ken Penders as well.....I mean, he tried to friggin' kill her off, for God's sake!!! But yes, thankfully they're both gone (although it's kinda sad for Karl, since he created Mina, and I'm a Mina fangirl [though not a SonMina one though
*le sigh* But yeah, the damage is too great to fix in a short time.....I fear Archie screwed up big time, letting those guys write for them, and now the fans are paying for it. ;__; *curses Archie*

They also turned the King from the kind of warm father everyone would like to have to a violent cruel and selfish nazi warmonger.Plus his windup doll for a wife was useless to bring in.
Everything kind of fell apart when Sally's family came in and started slapping down laws telling the FF when they can and cannot go out and fight Eggman(I refuse to call that faker Robotnik) and stuff.
Also decided to violently abuse poor Bunnie and make it so she cant have kids or get de robotisized.
Not to be mean but I was reaaaally hoping Mina would have died in that story where she got shot.It was a perfect way to go.Dramatic and memorable.But no,she was ressurected and her act of bravery was nuetralized and was shoved back into the 'Sonic's bitch' title contest.Her current emo ass hat boyfriend does nothing but ruin the comic more with his angsting.We already have Shadow's creepy obsession over a dead girl to deal with.
Even though Ian has said he isnt bringing back Robotnik I feel the comic will be a stepup from the past few years....

Well, from the few episodes I've seen of SatAM, I haven't seen the King, so I can't really make an opinion there
And I think Archie went a little TOO far by bringing all the echidnas back. I mean....it completely destroys Knuckles role as the last echidna!!! And I refuse to believe that lame excuse that "Eggman put them all in a vortex, ONOES!" <___<; I mean, hell, Eggman's smart, but he isn't THAT smart >____>; And I do feel bad for Bunnie, since she can never be normal again u___u Not to mention the fact that they turned her into a total skank when she kissed Sonic then ran back to Antione a couple issues later <__< BASTARDIDATION I TELL YOU!! >O *clings to old, non-skanky Bunnie*
However, I don't think Mina should've died when she got shot. It would be dramatic, but also a little too depressing for a comic aimed for kids

A agree, satam really was a truer reflection of Sally and her personality, and Archie has truely butchered her. I even made a protest comic about Archies butcheryness! I'm faving this picture, you really deserve it!

To be honest, I was really surprised the first time I watched it. I found out about Sally and the other FFs from reading Archie (I didn't watch SatAM when I was younger, because I wasn't into Sonic then >___<;; ) and I never really liked them much. But when I finally saw an episode (on youtube x3), I was surprised at how different they all were, especially Sally! When I read the comics, I pictured her with a princessy voice (mature and stuck-up), but when I heard her in the show.....she sounded so sweet and caring, that I couldn't help liking her

I personally don't like how people are killing her for stupid reasons. I mean, one of them was "She's the color of poop." That's so dumb!! And Luna has the same colors as she does (though not purposely >__<;; ) so it's insulting my character as well. So....yeah, fans can be a little immature at points

Actually two of the writers, Ken Penders and Tom Bollers are to blame for bitchy Sally. Bollucks as I like to call him just plain hated anything that wasn't SegaSonic and tried to make all the Satam characters look bad.
Ken at one point tried to kill off Sally so he could turn her into an enemy robot thing. However, Sally fans got mad when he killed Sally, so he was grudingly forced to bring her back. So he intentionally started writing Sally as an emowhinybitchyslutprincessfromhell to intentionally get people not to like her. All over one stupid plot he couldn't get away with.
And um yeah that's the story of why Sally's a bitch in the comics. D=
OKay now that I'm done with that, yeah nice picture. I like her expression and I like the outfit you gave her. (If it matters at all my character doesn't wear clothes either lol) My only nitpick would be that her feet seem kind of...flat. =/
