It's for ~sarathehedgehog 's contest, where you can design either a school uniform for her character Emerald, or any outfit of your choice, as long as it's suitable (and non-pr0n-ish 
) I opted for the second option, since, honestly, I'm pretty much sailor fuku'd out, and it's easier to create an outfit from scratch than it is to create something school suitable Erm.....there's not much else I can say about the pic, really >____>; I hope the outfit isn't too crazy for ya
