Well...since Penders is a giant idiot and nobody gives a damn whether he has copyright to characters or not, I'm fully of the opinion that Julie-Su is free to do with as anyone pleases in terms of story

As for whether or not I'll be drawing more of her-- I guess it depends on when inspiration strikes? I've been meaning to draw more of Julie-Su, at least humanized, for some time, and I've always thought she had an interesting design, but I have a bajillion and one things I need to draw and want to draw and dsfbjskd yeah /)__O
