I don't know about you, but it seems to me that Johnny hates the color yellow and is prompted to kill any gang wearing that color. He focused entirely on the Vice Kings and the Ronin. I wonder who would have invoked his thirst for blood in Steelport without any gangs wearing yellow... 
All in all, this is worthy of its own place in a video game magazine, taking up an entire page!
