What is this, how can I use it?
-This is a base.
-You can colour bases you are allowed to use and post them on your account
-This base is pay to use so you may not use it without buying it
Before buying it, make sure you have a program to use it with, it contains a .png file with just the lines on transparent background as well as layered .psd files that can be opened with free programs such as MediBang Paint Pro (which is the one I use). I will NOT give you a refund if you forgot to check if you can use the files.
How do I buy it?

What are the rules?
