Description       My heart keeps beating...although its pieces are falling

      Sharp stabs wrap around my torn hope, piercing it and causing it to bleed

      The broken pieces, although shattered and deformed, now stay in place

      Barbed wire around my heart, a constant reminder of what can never be...

This... is good. It has a very nice flow... and choice of words. I would suggest editing the format though, like putting in the line breaks. Pain... really gives us the best inspiration and this is proof of that. You should keep writing, whether or not such pain is present in your life... I see a lot of potential. ^^
