At first, they kinda had a "you're annoying but I trust you a lot" kind of relationship. And it bloomed into the shadouge we know today
*had to fix because i keep forgetting shadow's arm and leg stripes... oops lol

I'll bet that Rouge annoyed Shadow so much that he finally snapped and then grabbed her and kissed her HARD

I think there is something else other than filtering .

I think one of the reasons , why they get along is the fact Shadow anti-social nature and Rouge playful nature don't allow them to have friendly relationships with everyone , they are not easily friended with anyone , which is kinda leave some empty inside of both them , having them togather woul fill this empty .
