This is a LVL 12 version of Starving Venom Fusion Dragon
This cards effect is:
2 Dragon-Type LV10 Fusion monster + 1 "Starving Venom Fusion Dragon"
Must be Fusion Summoned. Unaffected by your opponent's card effects. When this card is Summoned halve the ATK/DEF of all face-up monsters your opponent controls and this card gains the combined ATK/DEF equal to the amount lost. Monsters with a Predator Counter on it cannot activate their effects. This card gains Gains ATK equal to the combined original ATK of all other monsters on the field with a Predator Counter. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict double piercing battle damage to your opponent. You can only use this card name’s (1), (2) and (3) effects once per turn each. (1) (Quick Effect): Declare 1 monster card type (Ritual, Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, Pendulum and Link); for the rest of this turn, your opponent cannot Special Summon monsters of the declared type, also negate the effects of all your opponent's monsters of that type while they are on the field. (2) When your opponent activates a monster effect (Quick Effect): negate it; place 1 Predator Counter on it. (3) Inflict damage to your opponent equal the combine ATK of monster(s) with a Predator Counter on it. When this card leaves the field place Predator Counter on all of your opponent monster(s) and special summon 1 "Greedy Venom Fusion Dragon" and also it gains the effect of "Ravenous Venom Fusion Dragon" until the end of your opponent next turn.
