“Luffy, I don’t feel good” you whimpered as you glanced at your captain and lover as he snapped his head to look at you. “Eh? Let’s get you to Chopper!!” Luffy scooped you into his elongated arms and carried you into Chopper’s little office on the ship.

“huh? What’s wrong (y/n)?” Chopper glanced at you with concern as you were laid down on the bed in his office. “My stomach hurts really bad and it feels like I might vomit” you groaned and held a hand over your mouth.

“I’ll run a few tests” Chopper nodded as he began examining you. Luffy waited outside the office with his arms folded and a worried frown. He even rejected meat and food from Sanji until he knew you were confirmed to be healthy. “Luffy” Chopper called his name as the rubber man bounced into the room to see you.

“Luffy, I have something important to tell you” you began with a saddened face as Luffy furrowed his expression to listen to you. “Don’t die (y/n)! I can’t live without you!! You promised to be my pirate queen!” Luffy sobbed as he began crying. You smiled and shook your head as you nudged Luffy to stop crying.

“I’m not dying Luffy. You’re going to be a daddy” you giggled as Luffy froze. Snot ran down his nose with tears in his eyes as he suddenly broke out into the world’s widest grin as he realized you were pregnant and not facing death. “We’re having a baby!!!” Luffy hugged you tightly and began smothering your face and stomach in kisses.

“I’m gonna be a daddy!!!” Luffy hollered outside of Chopper’s office as the crew stood stunned. Nami and Robin both had wide eyes with surprise. Zoro, Sanji, Usopp, Brook and Franky had dropped jaws and horrified expressions.

You had sex with Luffy. Their own goofball rubber captain got laid. You were carrying the future pirate king’s child. You smiled as Luffy began running around like a maniac screaming he was gonna be a father.

You and Chopper smiled as you savored Luffy’s positive reaction to the news instead of upset or even angry for you harboring a tiny new life growing within you. Now it was only a matter of time to wait for the baby to be born.

As the months rolled by Luffy got more and more anxious and impatient for the baby to arrive. Your stomach swelled to a hefty nine months along with the baby due to arrive soon.

“I wanna see you baby!” Luffy cooed to your belly as his fingers traced it, earning kicks and movements from your child. Luffy grinned as he pressed his ear to it to listen to the sounds of new life. “Do you think the baby will like me?” Luffy asked as you nodded and smiled “of course. You’re their daddy, I love you so they will too” you hummed as you stroked Luffy’s messy black hair.

“Luffy….get Chopper! The baby is coming!” you squealed in pain as the contractions hit, making Luffy dash out the door to get the reindeer doctor.

“I need towels and warm water!!” Chopper yelled as Robin and Nami rushed to lend a helping hand. Zoro and Sanji yanked Luffy back to let the ladies and doctor help.

“But I wanna see my baby born!” Luffy protested as Sanji shook his head. “You’re not ready for that” he sighed as Luffy scowled and folded his arms.

Soon the wails of a baby alerted everyone to the delivery. Luffy extended his fist to smash the door to look at his baby. “Luffy, come here” you cooed as Luffy approached your bedside to look down at the tiny baby in your arms. The baby was wrapped in a soft red blanket as it slept quietly after it settled from crying and was cleaned up. Nami, Robin and Chopper exchanged happy smiles for the new parents.

“Meet your daughter” you beamed and handed her over to her father. Luffy gazed down in awe at the tiny human he now held. “My daughter….” He murmured as he traced her features, making her croon and twitch from his skin meeting hers.

“(d/n)……her name is (d/n)!” Luffy smiled as you agreed to the name he chose for her. “Zoro, Nami can you be the godparents?” Luffy asked as the swordsman and navigator smiled happily. “Shanks will be the second godfather” Luffy hummed as he held her in his hands.

Luffy walked out onto the deck with her in his hands as you glanced out to see him lift her into the air, the sun shining down. “This is the world you’ll rule when I’m gone!!! You’ll carry on my legacy!!! The world will know your name (d/n)!!!!!!!!” Luffy shouted to the sky as he lowered her to kiss her soft head. The crew took turns introducing themselves to the baby. Meanwhile Franky hooked up the transponder snail to communicate with all of their friends to meet the newest Strawhat pirate.

Makino and Dadan were overjoyed to see Luffy’s daughter, both women crying that the boy they raised now had a child of his own to raise. Vivi and King Cobra in Alabasta blessed her with a healthy growth. The Franky Family and Galley La company in Water 7 marveled at her. The royal family in the Fishman islands congratulated Luffy with Shirahoshi crying in joy. Jinbe was proud and knew Luffy would make a good father. Ivankov remarked on (d/n)’s beauty and how she’d grow up beautiful and charming. Rebecca, Kyros and King Riku all smiled and shared stories of daughters for Luffy to learn from. Finally, the Strawhat Grand fleet all saw their beloved leader’s baby girl.

“Luffy Senpai, she looks just like you!!” Bartolomeo grinned and flashed a joyful thumbs up. “What a sweet princess” Cavendish cooed. “Such a tiny blessing” Hajrudin the giant smiled at the baby as the crew cheered. “What a wonderful baby girl!” Leo chirped as the Tontatta fairies all cooed and waved to the baby.

“You have a wonderful world to learn about. This world will bring you only the best, I promise you” Luffy hummed and handed you (d/n). “Luffy there’s one more person we have to call” you spoke as Luffy raised an eyebrow. You nodded to Franky as he connected the call.

“Hello? Luffy?” Luffy turned his head to the screen to see Sabo waving. Koala and Hack waved in the background. “S-Sabo. You’re an uncle now” Luffy whimpered as happy tears began to fall from his eyes. You held up your daughter as Sabo gasped. “What a wonderful little lady. I’d love to meet my niece someday. I’m sure she’ll grow up strong like her dad and mom” Sabo smiled. Luffy lifted his daughter’s tiny hand to wave as Koala and Hack swooned over her and Sabo blew kisses to his niece before the call ended.

“Ace….you have a beautiful niece now. She’s in good hands and very loved with Luffy as her father. I just wish you were here to hold her one day. You were the son of the king of pirates, it’s only fitting the next king of pirates has a child to carry on his blood” Sabo looked towards the blue sky with rolling white clouds passing by.

“Ace! I have a daughter! She’s so amazing! I promise, I’ll protect her and (y/n)” Luffy beamed at the sky. The same sky Sabo turned to hoping their dear brother was listening, knowing there was a new addition to their family.

“Hey (y/n)?” Luffy asked as you glanced at him. “Yeah?” you inquired as Luffy sank to one knee and held out his straw hat. “Marry me, I don’t have a ring right now, but I’ll get you a nice shiny one!” he grinned as you placed the straw hat on your head. “Of course I will” you gasped and kissed him passionately.

“Look (d/n), your mommy is gonna marry daddy” Sanji pointed as he held the little girl in his arms and smiled as the crew celebrated. They drank, danced and partied to celebrate (d/n)’s birth and your engagement. Brook jammed on his guitar as everyone took turns looking after the baby until you and Luffy danced with (d/n) in your arms.

“That pirate family will always be together” Zoro smiled as the crew watched the three dance and sway to the music as the sun sank below the horizon, casting a soft orange glow into the sky.
