So here is some more info about JJBA!Qrow:

Personality: Qrow is a business oriented type of guy. He is generally seen as a “stick in the mud” by people, but it’s because he knows how to manage his priorities. “Business before pleasure” is his motto and he sticks to it solidly. While he takes things seriously, he isn’t a complete square. He knows when it’s time to relax or let loose and he can be a fun guy to be around. (Raye doesn’t exactly know how to handle a looser Qrow)
In dangerous or unknown situations, Qrow remains calm and stoic. Remaining collected has proven to keep the others around him from panicking, and such tactics have worked for him so far. He prefers to show no signs of fear because it can be exploited. He is not always able to hide his fear or intimidation and while it is rare for it come out, he still doesn’t lack it.
In terms of speaking, Qrow is soft spoken and rarely raises his voice. He only raises his voice in stressful situations, or when someone isn’t listening to him and he has lost all his patience. (His patience can drain rapidly if done right)
Fear(s): Due to a life or death experience after facing a dangerous enemy stand user, he has a fear of sharp objects, and anything that can impale or cut him. Since he got his scar, he has been wary of glass, metal, and anything that can be sharpened and used to cut.
Likes: His favorite activity is to sit and read quietly, sometimes he listens to calming music while he does this.
He also likes to bake cookies and make fresh tea or cocoa, and he even wears a frilly pink apron that Raye’s little sister had given to him
Dislikes: He doesn’t like when Raye blasts his music during his reading sessions.
He also doesn’t like it when Raye sneaks licks off the spoon when his back is turned.
Habits: Due to his fear of glass, he has replaced all his glass plates and cups with plastic ones.
Flaw(s): Qrow leans towards the forgiving side, and he usually takes pity easily. He tends to spare the lives of bad guys and sometimes this results in him getting attacked later. luckily he doesn't make the same mistake twice...
He is overprotective to the point where he can be controlling, this is directed towards Raye mostly. He smothers Raye and tries too hard to be a father which pisses Raye off to no end. Raye isn't used to having an older male role model, and being a stubborn teen, he blows off Qrow a lot. This results in the both of them butting heads a lot.
Talent(s): He is an excellent judge of character, and integrity. He can usually see through a lie by reading and analyzing someone's every move and expression. He is a good deceiver as well, he is good at intimidation, and bluffing to get someone to slip up.
