While my thoughts on the results are so muddled that I cant really agree or disagree, I can say that this fight did for Donte what TCW did for Anakin Skywalker. Small changes to make a more enjoyable character. Great work!

Let's make this quick and concise for now, for convenience anyways. I loved this battle. I loved this a lot. It's just barely beaten out by Alex vs. Garou in terms of my favorite battles from you in all genuine honesty.
You already know my thoughts on the prologue so no need to say anymore there. I loved the diction and character thoughts/perspectives of it all the most. The battle itself is just top notch, I love supernatural gun fights and Dante's variety is such a great contrast to Ruby's tried-and-true weapon in the form of Crescent Rose. The music is just great and so were the usages of images, but that's to be expected of you at this point. I had a feeling characterizations were going to be great just from the opening quote of making characters not shitty too and I was not disappointed at all.
As for favorite parts.. well
The general escalation of it and the characterization for the most part. Especially the colored text too! (Maybe a slight inspiration from me with rainbow text? Then again who the fuck am I kidding on that) Quite surprised by the use of SE too despite the rather obstructive circumstances needed but it was used greatly in this. Penny indirectly helping Ruby in this fight via her blade severing Dante's arm was a great, great touch too.
All in all great, great show overall and the epilogue is definitely something to look forward to

I'll admit this tim you didn't make me think I was gonna have a heart attack but y'know making such insanely good action that my legs bounce up and down of their own will to a point where they now hurt seems like a good trade off like, JESUS man this was fucking fantastic!
That opening was charming as fuck

The Character Writing was godly (You crazy bastard I might buy DMC because of you)
